How can I track my order?
You will find the tracking link for your package in the order confirmation email (if you do not find it in your inbox, please check your spam folder).
Please note that all our items are made to order, so the production time may take a few days. Once your order has been shipped, you will be able to see which carrier is handling your package.
Where can I see my order confirmation?
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you have not received this confirmation email, please check your spam folder just in case.
It is possible that you entered your email address with a small typo, which means we cannot send you further emails regarding the order and tracking.
If you still haven't received anything after 24 hours, please feel free to contact our customer service team at support@digitalwallart.net, who will be happy to assist you.
How to change your address?
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact our customer service as soon as possible at support@digitalwallart.net
Since your orders are made to order, they go into production immediately, and we can only update your shipping address within a very limited time frame.
Can I modify my order?
Once an order is received, the products go into production immediately and cannot be modified, canceled, changed, or combined. We are truly sorry for this.
My tracking link is not working
If you have received your tracking link but it is not working, don't worry! It can take up to 24 hours for the link to become active after your package has been shipped. During this time, the carrier may still be processing your shipment.
